Where do your products come from?
All of our products come from brand distributors or regional agents. We are also partners with some brands (such as Cisco, Dell, etc.) and purchase directly from distribution channels.
How to ship the goods?
- Ictgood cooperation with FEDEX,UPS & DHL and air shipment. Orders can be tracked by express Tracking number. Air shipment will supply the B/L.
- If you do not want to clear customs yourself, or do not have customs clearance qualifications, we can also provide you with DDP (door-to-door) delivery, and you only need to wait at the delivery address.
Can l use my own freight account to ship my order?
Sure, we can use your accounts to ship goods without any issue.
What's your warranty for the products you sell?
All devices are brand-new, original products and covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty. Customers can apply for RMA through authorized local channels.
Standard warranty periods:
- Cisco: Standard 90 days, up to 5 years for some products
- Aruba (HPE): Up to 5 years after end-of-sale
- Dell: Typically 1 year, extendable to 3 years for some models
- HPE: Varies by product type
- Zebra: 12 months from purchase or shipment date
- Huawei (Enterprise): Usually 1 year, up to 5–10 years for specific products
- Meraki: 1–3 years or lifetime for certain products, license required
I want to buy a licence/service for a device, can I use it properly locally?
Fortinet, Meraki brand licences purchased from us can be used globally, Cisco and Aruba service needs to be confirmed by contacting us
